This bass is in great playing condition and shows some signs of wear. Up for grabs is a Used 1978 Gibson Grabber G-3 Bass w/ ORIGINAL HARDCASE and WARANTY CARD. They've got a good 30 years left on them. Yes, these are the original tuners too! Yep, they had the big moster tuners earlier on in the 70's, but Gibson put on these much better tuners as better tuners were made. I love to tell the history of instruments and you'll know more about these than 99% of the people in the world after you watch my video. I don't think you'll have any questions at all. lol Someone with acidic sweat simply rested their hand on the bridge cover when they played(That's what it's there for.to keep your saddles clean and un rusted.and it worked) So, check out the video and ask any questions you might have. The rest of the chrome is super clean! Go figure. The bridge cover has lost any shine that it ever had. This black beauty is actually in really great shape. There is one little spot that goes through the finish on the back edge of the bass on it's butt, near the rear strap button. Just worming marks that do not go through the finish. A few marks that I tried to show in the pictures above. more neck with Maple fretboard and pearloid inlays. This bass is rare in that it even still has the original bridge cover on it. Comes with the original hardshell case that is in really good condition and all 6 latches are perfect too. Huge body, but very thin body, so it really doesn't weigh much at all. I don't think there has ever been a cooler bass made.period! It's got a baseball bat neck. Turn on your speakers and watch the video below that is currently playing to get every last detail about this monster.
